If you know how to use a mouse, edit text fields, and download a PDF on a computer, you have all the technical skills you need. (Note: Editing on a computer or laptop is recommended for the smoothest experience).

Printing At Home

To print at home, simply download the template in PDF format with trim marks for easier trimming. Be sure to scale the program to actual size and choose correct paper size before printing. The PDF should look exactly how it prints. Note: colors may vary depending on your printer.

Professional Printing

Provide your PDF via email or flash drive to any print shop—Office Depot, FedEx, Staples, Office Max, or any other print shop that accepts PDF files and has the appropriate paper.

**Be sure to ask for a test print and inquire about trimming when printing at either of these locations.

Thickness: 32-100lb., with 80 and 100 being best for folded designs.

Finish: Matte or satin finishes work best for minimalist designs, while gloss or satin finishes enhance vibrant, full-color programs.

Yes, HOWEVER. If you add additional pages, please be aware that the print layout will not be the same! You must know the print layout in order to know how the templates will print, especially for bifold templates!

Templates should come numbered so you know they order that it will flip to once printed and folded.

The editor may respond slower for templates with more pages added.

We don't offer editable templates through Canva. Please be sure to use demo to get a feel for how Corjl works and refer to template tutorials. This template is licensed strictly for one-time personal use directly related to a single event or memorial service. Purchase does not transfer ownership of the design, layout, or included artwork. Creating multiple prints/versions for different events requires additional purchases.

2. Commercial Use Prohibited

All files, designs, layouts, and copy are the exclusive property of Beautiful Grace Prints. You may not use this item—or any part of it—to create products for commercial sale, promotional material, or distribution, whether modified or in its original state.

3. Asset & Graphic Protection

All graphic elements, artwork, fonts, and backgrounds included in this template are legally protected. You are strictly prohibited from downloading, extracting, or isolating blank graphics, backgrounds, or individual design assets for standalone use or insertion into other projects.

4. Revocation of Access & Rights

Beautiful Grace Prints reserves all proprietary rights. We reserve the right to immediately terminate or revoke access to any template, digital download, or associated platform link without refund if a breach of these terms is detected or reasonably suspected.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the personalized nature of custom memorial items, we are only able to offer cancellations under very strict, specific conditions. Please review our policy below prior to completing your purchase.

Standard Custom Memorial Products

• Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase, provided design work has not yet begun.
• Exceptions: Once 30 minutes have passed, or once our design team begins customizing your item (whichever comes first), the order is finalized and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Custom Funeral Programs

• Condition: Cancellations are accepted only before the design intake form is submitted.
• Exceptions: Once your intake form (containing text, photos, or service details) has been filled out and submitted, design work begins immediately. After submission, cancellations and refunds are no longer permitted.

How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel an eligible order, contact customer support immediately with your order number and request. Requests submitted via email or message will be timestamped to determine eligibility.

Digital Templates

Due to the instant accessibility of digital deliverables, sales are non-refundable. We provide complimentary design previews prior to purchase so you can review the product in full. A refund will only be granted if the template is proven to be technically defective or malfunctioning and the final files have not been downloaded. If you experience technical difficulties, please contact our support team with details of the issue. We currently do not offer printing and shipping services.

Physical Items

We offer returns within a defined timeframe as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Please refer to our refund policy for full details.

We do not offer exchanges at Beautiful Grace Prints due to items being custom and made to order.

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery date, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging and tags. Returns are only accepted for printing defects. A free reprint or full refund is issued for defective or damaged items if reported within 3 days of delivery, only with clear photo evidence required. You would have received a proof before production to confirm choice of design and to check for spelling errors so this is not an accepted return reason.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
